The nōz Chain — For Healed Septum Piercings

The nōz septum chain is designed to be subtle and delicate. A quiet statement of fine adornment for healed piercings. Crafted in 14k rose gold or yellow gold, our chains are feather-light for all-day comfort and engineered for movement that catches the light.
The jewelry attaches discreetly to a hidden septum retainer, ensuring a continuous, uninterrupted chain without the visible hardware. The chain is easily attached and removed allowing you to conceal the piercing when desired.

Each nōz™ chain includes a 16g (1.2mm) surgical steel septum retainer, but can also be customized to wear with your existing 16 gauge (1.2mm) and 14 gauge (1.6mm) septum retainers or barbells.

Fit & Sizing

The nōz™ chain is designed to fit close to the nose, like a septum ring, but with a whisper of drape. Ensure you know the diameter of a ring that will fit your septum snugly;

Medium (5⁄16”) is the most common size with Small (1⁄4") intended for more shallow piercings and Large (3⁄8”) intended for deeper piercings.
